Long overdue, my family and I are incredibly grateful to Helen and her crew in helping us with our relocation to Seattle.

From finding us a rental to helping us buy our dream home, Helen has been there every step. My wife and I faced the daunting task of moving our family (four children and two dogs) from Los Angeles to Seattle for work. After an initial phone conversation with Helen, outlining what we were looking for in a home, Helen started sending us listings we could work through to better understand our needs. This allowed for a more directed targeting of homes and neighborhoods such that when we flew up for a visit, she could drive us to specific areas to gauge our interest.

Meanwhile, our home in Los Angeles took longer than anticipated to sell. This meant we needed to find a rental in August which would take four kids and two dogs.... and also be in the neighborhood of which we wanted to buy a home from. Helen worked her magic and helped us find a place in short order allowing us to have a soft landing spot in Seattle.

Once we had settled in and my wife and I would identify possible homes, Helen would arrange for showings (if Open Houses were not available). Meanwhile, she spent time helping us understand the Seattle market, and the surrounding neighborhoods. This helped us tremendously as we were able to narrowly target homes based on our needs. Once we found a home, Helen worked with the seller's agent to settle on a fair price and the rest is history. Without a doubt, if it weren't for Helen, we would not be living in our current home.

Moving is difficult enough as it is, but moving, renting, selling and buying a home can be a nightmare. Luckily for us, Helen helped make the process a smooth one allowing us to focus on adjusting to our new environment and finding a place to call home.
